Job Advert: Full-Time Gardener, Groundskeeper, and Handyman - Llanbedrog

I am seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a full-time gardener, groundskeeper, and handyman. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and possesses a diverse skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and care for the gardens, lawns, and landscaping on our property

- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting

- Carry out minor repairs and handyman duties around the property, including carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work

- Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment

- Work independently and take initiative to ensure the property is well-kept and presentable at all times

• Organise and supervise  contractors within the house and grounds

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Fit, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision

- Relevant experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, and/or handyman work

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a variety of tasks

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

- Friendly, honest, and customer-oriented personality

While formal qualifications are not essential, we would welcome candidates with relevant certifications or training in horticulture, landscaping, or building maintenance.

This position is based in Llanbedrog and will pay £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

The successful applicant must live locally and have their own means of transportation.
